Deposits and package payments are accepted online by credit or debit card via our secure payment portal. Unused deposit amounts are fully refunded. The $150 admin fee is non-refundable after 9 days per the cancellation policy above.

* Hourly sessions billed at $250/hr (mediation) or $350/hr (arbitration) with a 2-hour minimum per session. Half-day and full-day packages are reserved blocks at a 15% discount — ideal when parties expect to use the full time. All fees per neutral, split equally unless otherwise agreed or court-ordered. Multi-party and complex commercial matters priced upon inquiry.
